It all depends on the nature and extent of work you are handed over.
I completed my 13 objectives when I was total 6 exams passed and had 1.5 years experience.
This happened because I first got involved in ERP implementation as functional consultant and then moved to audit side of the practice.
My sincere advice to you is to "at least" get 9 fundamentals, P1 and P3 passed before getting on a job. It not only will provide you strong knowledge base but you will also enjoy your experience rather getting in constant pressure of working and then studying at night.
