Make sure you understand the underlying concept so that you will perform better when interpreting your answers always refer back to thescenarioin the question answers and tips are always there, show clear workings and reference your workings properly.Be on high alert for technical articles which demystify a lot of areas were most students struggle a lot.

working capital, investment appraisal, capital requirement and cost of capital and foreign exchange includes both mathematics and interpretation of answer Just doing calculation or the theory part does not worth a lot. Therefor practice a lot.
Islamic finance an easy theoretical area so check technical articles and the rote learn this area.
Be sure you access to all F9 technical articles, read and understand them well..

practice as many past papers as you can. Now that the exam format has changed for f9, the multiple choice questions can be a bit tricky and it's worth 40% of the paper so you also got to know and understand the theory part of it. you can use revision kits fro bpp or kaplan or open tuition as well. Good luck!
