F4 Study manual - Irish variant

Hi, just wondering if anyone has the F4 study manual for Irish law for sale? BPP or Kaplan don't sell these manuals anymore so i am hoping someone who sat the exam through an Irish college would have the text for sale?

Thanks

Hi Jennifer, Notoriously difficult to get study texts and particularly practice MCQ's for this one. I got Introduction to Business Law 2ed by Vaeni Mac Donnell from Chartered Accountants Ireland website. I also got brilliant cram notes from Teresa Clyne which had tonnes of MCQ's. Other than that get your hands on past papers and practice the MCQ's. They do start repeating themselves. Here's the link : https://teresaclyne.com/tag/cram-notes-for-law/

Hope that helps & best of luck.

Hi Jennifer, I wasn't able to get my hands on a book for this exam so I reviewed the UK syllabus on learnsignal to get a grasp of the level of detail that is required. There is a lot of overlap and many uk cases are used in Ireland so I then just did online research for statutory differences in the Irish system and used all the past papers available on ACCA for practice. It takes time but it worked for me. Good luck!

Hello Jennifer,

I am also preparing the Irish Tax exam. Did you already write it? Which book did you use at the end?

Best regards,
Patrizia
