Hi Amy,
I used Kaplan with their LiveOnline option for sitting AA and found them to be really helpful. I will be using Kaplan for the rest of my studies and planning to sit SBL in March.
The live real time lectures were really good as you were able to ask questions and get an immediate response.
I wasn't so impressed on the revision sessions as I found that the tutor mainly just read off the screen/out the textbook however the question based sessions (you complete and submit mock questions for marking and then go through the answers live with a tutor - I really found this to help as it gave a better understanding of how the marker views your answer).
For SBL - all lectures, revision sessions and the QB session is all built in to one price unlike other exams.
