SBL June Exam - CBE - Portal Unresponsive

Hi all,

 

Today I took the remote session of SBL and everything was going great until the last 15mins when the portal became unresponsive. It happened almost exactly when the 15min remaining prompt appeared. I could move my mouse but I could not open/close anything and just watched the clock tick down. I clicked on everything and nothing would let me re-open my word processor.

 I already confirmed it was nothing on my end such as a drop in internet or dead batteries in my mouse.

 

Did anyone else run into similar issues??

I tried contacting the proctor but I heard nothing back.

 

I'll be emailing the ACCA exam team but wanted to know was this an isolated incident.

What country are you in? I wasn't able to take my SBL test in the test centre because of technical difficulties and we've been told we can't do SBL remotely in London
