You need to calculate the effect on profitability of implementing each of the options you are asked about and not to calculate the actual updated profit after the option has been implemented. You also need to download the data in the spreadsheet to see the pre and post-MEXIT P/L account figures, and use these as the basis for your answers:

You should be drawing on your management accounting skills, specifically cost-volume-profit (CVP) techniques where you are analysing effect on profits based on changes to revenues, variable costs and fixed costs.

please advise me as i could not find the 6 strategic option for Mexit in unit 8.
I have reached the peer assessment and am working on the presentation right now but there are no such questions i have faced.

The questions of 6 strategic options can only be accessed once the Peer Reviews and feedback on the Powerpoint presentations have been completed. There is no way we can access the 6 strategic options prior to the completion of submissions of PowerPoint Presentation of Telford Engineering case study AND Peer reviews ( total : 5 peer reviews).

So tell me, how can we discuss the 6 strategic options if we cannot access the 6 strategic options prior to the completion of Powerpoint Presentation AND Peer Reviews?

Thus, I question ACCA on why some of activity components in Unit 8 have no results at all despite 100% completion of Unit 8 ACCA EPSM. If my PowerPoint presentation has been accepted, there should be performance results attributed to the remaining activity components of Unit 8 ACCA EPSM.

If the 6 strategic options need to be discussed in the PowerPoint Presentation , the questions of 6 strategic options should be accessed BEFORE the task of PowerPoint Presentation ( at least ) and / Peer Reviews.
