There is no underpinning exam knowledge required for Corporate and Business Law. However in order to enter for exams at Applied Skills level, you must also enter for all outstanding exams at the Applied Knowledge stage, unless you have exemptions.
Whether or not you sit the ENG or GLO exam will depend on where you are based.
