I am planning to sit the F4 CBE in March. I think I will be fine with the MCQ part but am worried about the part 2 as I can't find much practice on it. Is this part quite tough?
Do I need to learn case names and what part of law they pertain to? How does this play out on the CBE- do you also get options to choose from just like the MCQ part?
Thanks study buddies :-)
No, case are no more required to be learned if u are going for the cbe...
only the thing important in case law is the conceptual understanding of decisions.
