F6 and f4 is a good combination. I would rewrite the f4 and f6 the upcoming exam session. But if you are going to write the f4 in December I would advise you to start reading as early as possible because when I wrote it in June I made a serious mistake by reading f4 a couple of months before the exam and I can tell you that it cost me not to pass this paper. As regards the f6 paper I used an outdated revision kit and I was very shocked to find out about the f6 tax rate changes the very same day of the f6 exam. I will be looking for the updated version this month and start going over it. I am planning to write 3 papers this December. The good thing about ACCA exams is that ACCA students are really writing practical exams and these tests strengthen our mind and despite failures we will make it as long as we are determined and devote the time needed.
The combination is good, as one paper is calulations and the other is writing. Take care in F6 as the tax rates change all the time, so use the updated books. And F4 is getting CBE from November 2014, so you can also try that out.
same here um writing F6 and F4 this december......the advice i got from many people say we have to go through ur exam kit often...all the best mate
