Answering written qs

Hi, I have a quick question on answering written questions.

When asked to list a set number of items, for example "Name FOUR deficiencies of the internal control...", is it better to list exactly the specified amount or to give more answers just in case one of your answers is incorrect?
In other words, is there a risk you will get points deducted for answering incorrect or too many correct answers?

Thanks in advance.
