I started my P1 revision last weekend. First thing I did is to read through all the governance notes, and then work through the exam questions, marking them as I go. So far I'm just doing the smaller questions. Next week I'm concentrating on internal controls, then ethics, and then I'll tackle some scenario questions.
I would also recommend reading up about the Co-op Bank in the UK. It's an absolute brilliant and very recent example of bad governance. Well worth a read, and I think it would score a few points if you were to quote it in the exam.
I guess just start practising past papers questions, and there is a very useful site that I came across recently
I guess one of the key reports to look at is the Tesco's Annual Report for the Governance part !!
