Any tips for P1 revision?

I started my P1 revision last weekend. First thing I did is to read through all the governance notes, and then work through the exam questions, marking them as I go. So far I'm just doing the smaller questions. Next week I'm concentrating on internal controls, then ethics, and then I'll tackle some scenario questions.

I would also recommend reading up about the Co-op Bank in the UK. It's an absolute brilliant and very recent example of bad governance. Well worth a read, and I think it would score a few points if you were to quote it in the exam.

I guess just start practising past papers questions, and there is a very useful site that I came across recently

Just put in 'Co-operative Bank report' into Google and you'll find lots of information about it.    Here's the guardian's report yesterday though...

I guess one of the key reports to look at is the Tesco's Annual Report for the Governance part !!
