I understand the complete study in question no 1. But still not able to right a single link without reading the examiner answer ... Anybody help me?
Before addressing the problem to attempt the answer you would have to manage and mitigate the stress caused by the fear of inability to answer the question with the cognitive input of self assurance, strong determination and consistent approach.
Sometime you really have to break the ice and take the first small step in form of just a small line which could be a beginning to a reasonable answer as you have self analysed that you understand the question.
If you are still having problem to begin with the answer start with jotting short points as an outline of your answer and with good practice you would be able to do that either on your Question paper during in the reading time in the exam or in the form of a mind map and then start to elaborate it on your answer sheet.
Also it isn't too bad to refer to the answer too much for learning not for convenience though and after few questions you would start getting a natural flow in attempting your answer without looking at the examiner's answers.
