Can anyone tell me if observable benefits are to be included in the business case? The BPP text says they should be but then one of the answers in the revision kit stated that observable benefits should not be included in the business case. Both the text and the question in the kit referred to the specific observable benefit of increased staff morale so I'm confused as to how they could both be referring to the same type of observable benefit and be saying contrasting things about it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Yes I have also read from many places bpp and past exam , in my opinion observable benefit should be included in business case, but in different section, separate from other sets benefits. And Then leave this for fund provider to decide what value and importance he or she places on observable benefits, in making investment decision.
