Dear Muhammad yasir,
Understand your concerns and its more toward having the opportunity to have an employment that would support your PER.
There are many factors to be taken in to account such as your qualifications, other specialized skills, expectations on remigrations, availability of opportunities to match your skill set and etc. To start off, suggest you prepare your CV / Resume and get in touch the recruitment agents who would be able to better advice on the current market conditions matching your profile.
Hope it helps!
I've had a very similar problem with the job's market here in Glasgow. I was told by recruitment agencies that they would never try to place me in one of their roles without experience as employer's pay them to find experienced people. So instead I was advised to look at roles advertised directly with employers but I don't know how the job market is in London but here in Glasgow once you remove agencies from the equation you are left with about 5 jobs. Then when you look at those they all want experienced candidates!
So if anyone has any ideas on this common problem?
I can feel your pain . Because I am actually facing the same employment problems . I advise that you continue with your studies so that you can be focus and it's just a matter of time you will get opportunities to gain PER .
Also, make your CV more attractive from the very first page and analyse what you can do excellently to draw the employers attention. Keep the hope alive .
I had the same problem, so I decided to volunteer in charities for few hours a week, or full time, and slowly building my experience.
Also there are small private companies which will take you for work experience, no payment, but you will have the experience in your CV, for your ACCA PER and references for a prospective employer.
It worked for me, so good luck.
