It's not in the official website,so how can I book it.I have checked Kaplan website,and the nearest avaiable site is only in Bristol,anyone know that how to book the exam in Cardiff?

your best bet is to contact the ACCA helpline on the following number 0141 582 2000 and find out the nearest exam centres to you.
Also, please bear in mind the papers from F1 to F4 are available on demand ie you can book them anytime whenever you are ready and you chose the best time to give the exam.
From F5 on words, there are four sitings in a given year and exams takes place in March, June, September and December.
