It seems there could be one in Helsinki FINNBRIT also offers Examination Services for students wishing to sit their foreign university exams in Helsinki. We are an examination centre for many UK universities, University of London and University of Surrey for example, and any other awarding bodies such as ACCA and REC. We also provide examination services in Helsinki, Finland on behalf of the British Council.

I'm also interested in connecting with ACCA students in Finland. I guess there are not that many studying ACCA in Finland at the moment as we have also the KHT degree for auditors. I have been doing the exams abroad so I don't know about CBE's in Finland but there indeed is possibility to do written exams in Helsinki at least and I'm planning to do some papers there in the near future.
