I am looking for the students, who, as me, had he SBR Examination on 07.03.2019, and whose exam papers were also lost by ACCA. I know that there are About 20 of us, who had suffered fom the lack of comptence and unprofessionality of ACCA. If you are one of us, could you please answer whether you are ok with the 30 Pound Gutschein and totally unprofessional behavout of ACCA employees in handling his case? I am considerng writing a complaint to FRC . If there will be many of us, that would make a huge difference!

I too have been searching for a plattform to raise my formal complaint. My mails to ACCA on this matter remain unresponded to.
Pse let me know what we need to do to raise the formal complaint. I too do not agree with the compensation and treatment by the ACCA Team.
