It is absolutely a case study exam and I'd recommend couple of things before attempting this exam:
1) Complete Professional Ethics online module to establish an understanding on how leadership should act into different situations.
2) Find online lectures to understand the exam and how to structure our answer.
3) Critical thinking/brainstorming by virtually putting yourself into different roles and draw your reports/answers from those different prospects.
