I recently started my f2 paper, but I do not have any background knowledge about management accounting, should I go for f2 or I should start FIA first, will it be OK for me to go directly for f2?
Just go for f2..no need to do FIA..
Yes, it doesn't matter, what to do first. The papers don't have anything in common, you can do them in any order.
