I also failed this one twice but passed third time, so keep with it!
I found it was question practice that worked mostly for me, I did as many past papers as I could get my hands on, identified where my weaknesses were and found different sources and questions in those areas to help explain and practice. Open tuition has some really good videos so would definitely recommend looking them up, also if youve not done so already, id buy the exam practice CBA's ones from the ACCA portal as these are really useful for showing you which areas you need to focus on, they are also exactly like the real thing so you get use to the format. Another thing you could try if you have exhausted your question booklet is buying other study provider question booklets from amazon, these will be the same style but different questions from the ones you may have already done two or three times before.
