i also failed this exam what i concluded was i focused on knowledge too much i did not practice enough' i knew the syllabus... exam pattern... but still lacked skills to apply knowledge and after f1.. f2..f3..f4.. we dont change over tactics that's a must these exams are of another level.. but don't give up work smarter not harder
maybe your concepts aren't clear.. revise f2 once too then start covering f5 as if its your first time study all the topics thoroughly.. grab those concepts do past papers and revision kit side by side (that's a MUST) read examiners reports 2 3 at least MUST try reading technical articles If u r giving CBE ... get a grip on using that properly by using constructive response area in Study Resources

I have recently passed the advance version of this paper on my first attempt given the nature of the paper what I found helpful was to go though all the syllabus make notes then attempt alot of past paper questions, I must have completed 9 full sets of past paper questions. If you find a topic that is frequently tested and you are not comfortable with it go through all the past papers and find many questions that are about the same topic and do it all one after the other, correct your mistakes until eventually you will get use to the style of the questions what is requested and what answers they expect.
I just passed PM (4th sitting). What really helped me this time was attempting mocks and past papers under timed conditions and marked myself toughly...Actually, I practiced all questions under timed condition. Reading all the technical articles also helps.
You should also review your study style. I self studied in all my previous attempts, but decided to take classes this time around. The most helpful thing about the classes for me was the social aspect. I get bored easily studying alone, but going through the struggle with other people is much more fun and really helped motivate me more.
Hi abdul, Just take past question papers from acca website and solve it atleast 2 times.. do mcqs from any revision kit. The more you practise.. the better r your chances of clearing.
