I was supposed to do my F8 (AA) Audit and Assurance CBE yesterday, 02 December 2019. Unfortunately, me and more than 16 candidates were kicked out of the venue, because ACCA had some technical issues. We were waiting in the center from 12:30 pm to 7:40 pm. I am very disappointed. I did not receive any email from ACCA to tell us what will be the next step, or even any conformation from ACCA -that my exam was cancelled, due to whatever the reasons. This is not fair, ACCA should have done something about it. They could have sent us to the nearest other exam centers. The other exam centers were just 5 to 10 minutes away or maybe ACCA did not care for our future thats why they did not do anything so far. I very much want to do my exam ASAP. I hope ACCA will do the right thing and do something to get my and other candidates exam in this December.
Brother, Please contact ACCA customer service, they will help you. There are very good in solving issues and they are there to help us . Please raise this issue there, i am sure they will sort it out.
Be rest assured that they will do something about it.
We waited over an hour to carry out tax exam here in Malta - And I heard that they had issues for F8 also the day before with a 5 hour delay. ACCA should reimburse us for these inconveniences - they request us to turn up an hour before exam and then how can one remain fresh in mind with these delay and 'stress' before exams...
