I have problem to pay the currency conversion and FED plus charges when paying ACCA Fees through VISA Debit Card.

In Pakistan. Using Meezan Bank VISA Debit Card to pay myacca fees. Can anybody tell me way to avoid extra conversion rate and FED plus charges?
