I have just registered as a student and my first module is Business and Corporate Law. I live in Scotland, which should be Scots Law, however there is no variant for Scots Law. Should i study the Global variant or the English variant? Please help i cant seem to find an answer.
The law papers provide an introduction to important aspects of Law and the legal profession and provide foundations which are used in other ACCA papers. Either would be fine, however, it may be that tuition providers will focus on just one variant.
Look at what variant local learning providers are offering and that may help you choose between them.
