Hello, please i need help with two questions on consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income / consolidated statement of financial position, from the BPP exam kit, Questions 299 and 304 pages 99 and 104. I am conversant with the KAPLAN method of solving this (workings 1 to 5 or 6 as the case maybe) as i was thought, but unfortunately I don't have the KAPLAN text but BPP. The BPP method is really confusing to me, as i am unable to solve for the Net Assets of the Subsidiary. Please does anyway have idea of how these figures are gotten, specifically the retained earnings.
