Studying help

Hi everyone,

Currently studying with Kaplan using Ondemamd (textbooks and videos) and I just can't seem to retain any information :( so I was wondering how you guys study? I used to make notes but I've found that when I look at the learning outcomes as if someone was asking me it as a question that I couldn't answer them, I can memorise some information if I do practice questions enough but I want to actually understand what I'm learning instead of just being a robot

try doing some past papers, using different colour pens for different processes and annotate your work alongside using arrows where necessary to show where things have come from or have moved to and from to explain the process- make your own work book for someone else to follow, see if that helps

I’ve found that active Recall is the best option. Read the Chp or topic watch the videos and then immediately make notes from memory. It helps to identify where you have gaps or need clarification. You can email me at Cari.Brereton@yahoo.com if you need a study buddy
