MyAcca account issue. Please help

MyAcca account issue. Please help

I cant see my exam progress in Myacca account. When i go to my qualifications, it only shows ethics module 0/1 and practical experience. It wouldve been fine if my exam progress showed 0/13 , but that bar is not visible only. If anyone else facing this issue please reply. Also if anyone knows why my account doesn’t tn show exam progress bar please help.

Hello, I am also having this issue. I emailed acca support and they suggested the following;

Using Google Chrome, I suggest that you delete your temporary internet files and cookies. 'Cookies' are small files that help your computer to navigate around websites.

To delete these, follow these steps:
Click the button with the three horizontal lines (below the x button)
Go to Settings
Click Show Advanced Settings
Under the Privacy section, click Clear Browsing Data
Make sure that the Empty the cache, Delete cookies and Other site and plug in data options are checked
Click Clear Browsing Data.

I tried this however, this did not work for me and my complaint was escalated to the IT department and I am awaiting resolution. You can give it a try and I wish you luck!

Hey. I was also facing the same issue, but I discovered an alternative way to access Study Hub. Search 'ACCA Study Hub' on any search engine. Open the link "ACCA Study Hub | ACCA Global". Scroll down, and you will see an option 'Alternate Login'. Click on that, enter your username and password, and boom! You will be able to access Study Hub without going through My Qualification section. I hope this helps.
