Hi,
My exam was cancelled today as the proctor (onVue technical support) could not see me on their monitoring system right after releasing the exam, however, I was able to see myself throughout the period on the webcam and the footage was being recorded. They just revoked saying contact ACCA as this is a technical issue on ACCA's end. I have not received any response from ACCA yet on the rescheduling or what actually the issue was but on checking more about this I got to know there are other students who faced the same issue yesterday. If you have any information on this, please let me know the and it will be appreciated if you can share any responses that were received from ACCA on this issue.
P.S. all system check and photo uploading stage were complete.
well i also faced the same issue for 5 minutes they call me and as mentioned by you they told me same but after sometime they told be it was okay and ready to continue the exam. within 24/48 hrs if your exam was revoked you need to contact acca and your exam will rescheduled for coming week .so, wait for response from acca .don't worry !!!
Hi Sneha For me the situation was quite similar but my exam launched and kept going on smoothly for an hour after that it had a glitch as in the screen was freezed , I could not click on any of the tabs within a question. I could not type even in the word processor. I reported the issue to my invigilator via chat. Nothing was working and sadly even invigilators were not responding. At the end when It was almost 1 hr 15 mins left , I had no other option but was forced to tell my invigilator to issue an incident report and revoke my exam. I have e-mailed them too the entire scenario. But no replies from their end as yet.
@janak Which exam were you appearing for ? And who called you from ACCa because after reporting this hanging issue for almost 40 minutes , nobody replied me , neither they were bothered to call me . Do you know any email ID to be be sent an email to?
It would be really helpful if you can share some :)
Hi all,
If you've contacted ACCA about the issue someone will be in touch soon. It's a busier time than usual, so it may take a little longer to receive a response.
If you haven't already, please send a message via our contact form here.
More information on what to do if you encounter a technical issue can be found on our trouble shooting guide. You can access this at the bottom of this page.
Hope this helps!
