Professional papers recommendation

Hi, I have recently completed all 9 of my fundamental/applied skills papers, the recent last 2 papers I have done is (PM) Performance Management and (TX) Taxation. The other papers have been exempted from my previous University Degree which was obtained back in 2018.

I would like to seek for any personal advice or past experience to know which professional paper to commence next ? I would like to plan and understand better before making any arrangements since its the last 4 crucial papers. Thank you.

Hi, I was in the same situation as you where I got majority of my exams exempted except for the fundamental level tax paper! My advice is that since you can choose which ones to take for the professional papers, why not choose something you are most interested in and something related to your future career path? I remember after graduated in 2016, I spent a year to complete all the professional level papers. Back then, I planned on pursuing a career in audit and finance, so I chose the Advanced Audit and Assurance Paper and Financial Management Paper. I think since it is labelled as professional level, doing papers that are related to your intended career would be beneficial when you apply for relevant jobs, since it can be served as some sort of reassurance to the employers that you have the required essential knowledge and skills for the job.

One side note: try to complete all the papers as soon as possible after graduating from university, because once when you work for a while and decided to get back to studying it can be hard for some people! Always great to keep the momentum going! Hope this helps!
