Hi Everyone - So I am alittle lost. I joined ACCA in January to beginstudying but with one thing and another I never had a chance to start but I do now - however things to seem to have changed. I was planning on doing F1/FAB - Accountant in Business but I cant seem to see that now?? I have a University degree but not in a relevant subject for ACCA - which exam route should I be following as now Im a little lost. Thanks
They re-jigged things earlier in the year, take a look at the Student Accountant page and you’ll see the new names for the exams.

Hello, You mentioned your degree is not relevant for ACCA so I’m guessing you didn’t get any exemptions (you can always use the exemption calculator to confirm this).
With that said, you’re on the right track starting with accountant in business (now known as business and technology) which is an applied knowledge exam.
If you want to self study and/or want to attend classes, you can check out Kaplan (especially for study materials) and maybe look into others learning providers for classes (might not be available due to the pandemic)
I hope this helps. Good luck.
Hey Anna! I think it's because they changed the name to BT(previously known as F1,FAB/AB). Anyway here are some more information that you might find valuable.
If your university degree is not relevant to accounting/finance, it is most likely you won't receive any exemption(s); you have to start your ACCA journey from the foundation level or a CAT qualification.
Foundation Level and CAT Qualification: https://www.accaglobal.com/my/en/qualifications/glance/foundation-level/course-details.html
See the exemption calculator:

The ACCA has three stages of Exams:
Applied Knowledge exams ( AKA Part 1): BT ( AKA F1, FAB, AB) FA (F3, FFA) MA (FMA,F2)
Applied Skills exams(AKA Part 2):
LW, PM,TX , FR, AA ,FM
Strategic Professional(AKA Final Part or P level):
SBL, SBR, + ( any optional two papers)
