I am new to ACCA HK, I would like to know if Approved Learning Provider is necessary?

Hi all,

I just registered to ACCA in Hong Kong, I plan to do TX exam in June 2021. I wish to try on self-study first but wish to learn from anyone who joined Approved Learner Provider in Hong Kong, that is the HKCA. Whether it is necessary?
