Did your remote exam disable some keys in your keyboard too?

Did your remote exam disable some keys in your keyboard too?

The star symbol (asterisk used for multiplication) in my keyboard worked before and after the exam, but it just wouldn't type during the exam.
I know because I used it refreshing material up to right before the exam, and I keyed the asterisk right after the exam.

I found it very troubling when I started to realize that my calculations typed in my exam were excluding the multiplication symbol!!

I also found this very strange, please let me know if something like this happened to you. :)

Thanks!

Hi this happened to me too! Got stressed out for a minute or two then used shift and 8, to get it. Thankfully that still worked or I might have passed out. As soon as i realised I tried all the other symbols. Thankfully Asterisk was the only one that didn't work. Very strange indeed. Like you mine worked before and after the exam..one of the many technical glitches with the exam software I guess.
