EPSM Peer Assessment Download Problem

I am having trouble downloading the 5 students' submissions to review and give feedback. When I click on "download submission" nothing happens. Does anyone know how to solve it?

I received a response. They said the IT department know about the problem and trying to resolve it as soon as possible. Hopefully it is resolved soon.
