Query About computer based exam

I am a F1 student i am going to give exam in some days and i have a question about computer based exam i have a Huawei laptop which have webcam in keyboard (you can search on google for example) i run a system which is ok can I am able to give exam in Huawei laptop which have webcam in keyboard or i have to buy external web cam

I am new to ACCA,but have been working for over 20 years in various areas of endeavours.I need all the support to go step by step and pass all the diploma courses in ACCA and then the Professional and skill courses later.
