EPSM website not loading

EPSM website not loading
I am trying to complete sections in Unit 1 of EPSM. The website is being very slow at loading, it is not recognising when I have completed a section and doesnt unlock the next section, and when I do click a section an error message comes up saying:
"Error detected unable to fetch data" and then gives the area of the Java code that is corrupted and not working.
How am I suppose to complete the module when I am experiencing these issues?? It has taken me over 1 day to complete 6/8 parts of Unit 1 due to this.
I have contacted ACCA but I need help quite urgently.

i have the same issue dear Charlotte. i tried with several browsers, but still the error is popping up. I dont know what should i do now, very sad about this. If you find a solution please let me know. i do the same for you, hope we will resolve out this soon.

Thanks for your reply. I have reported this issue to ACCA but no luck resolving it yet. Have you been able to load anything at all?

Hi Charlotte!
I'm facing the same issue as you are. I have the same error message popping up on my screen. I have written to the ACCA student helpline, but I haven't heard back from them.
I tried with multiple browsers and clearing cookies and it still won't launch.
Please let me know if you were able to resolve the issue

Hi Shivani,
Thanks for your message! I have been told by ACCA that my request has been passed to the IT team and I should hear back within 3-5 working days. Hopefully you hear back from ACCA soon as well!
Fingers crossed they fix this!

Same thing here. Not only EPSM is not loading, but also, the exams progress.
