The Orientation video on the EPSM is not loading

I have tried two laptops and different browsers but all I'm getting is the rotating search circle.

Is there a fix or someway to get around it

same for me, but the orientation video worked but unit one is not working.

Mine's the same, have tried a number of times over the past few days and Orientation video still not loading. I have emailed them twice but no response..

Hi all, sorry you're experiencing problems with the EPSM module. ACCA are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. We hope it will be running as normal soon. Thanks, Isobel - ACCA Community Manager.
