Good day. Is BPP study text and revision kit alone enough to pass the exam for F4?

Yes, *** Willing, if you're a self learner. And if any confusion arises, you got the Opentuition's Ask the Tutor forum too. I personally saw Opentuition videos and studied a little from the Kaplan book and attempted its kit along with some school material. Although, be sure to sit the ACCA Education Hub mocks and other free mock exams to work on your shortcomings. May Allah be with you.
