ACCA logging issue

I can not access to the my qualifications from ACCA dashboard it shows"we couldn't load your qualification information right now" because of this I can not do any practice questions and access into the study hub. I'm going to face an exam in September it was really uncomfortable for me without practicing questions from study hub. Can you please try to fix this issue ASAP Thank you.
