OBU degree eligibility

Hello there,

It says in my ACCA student account that I am not eligible for the OBU degree. I have completed all 9 subjects and also the Ethics and Professional skills module. Will it only show that I am eligible once I submit my RAP? Or there are other procedures I have to follow.
