As with most of the ACCA modules, F9 is quite comprehensive. As such, it's a common error to keep thinking of this daunting expanse whilst trying to get the hang of a particular topic. It may be best to focus on areas, one at a time, ensuring you can fulfill the expectations of the syllabus guide before moving on to another. Diligent study and continuous past paper practice is highly recommended to eventually answer questions naturally!!!
In F9 you need strong basic knowledge about finance and it is the last paper of the fundamental level and i remember that in f9 foreign currency chapter is so difficult to understand.
It is really investing a lot of time of practice pass papers. It is hard to find help as most of the answers is applying knowledge and some common sense. I would advise looking at some related news which may be difficult to do for some people in terms of interests but it might be the most useful way of looking how some audit firms reacts to some issues at the same time you can see how some business adjust their finances to meet their finance goals. The key is still practice since the learning materials does not show all applications in the real world.
Well, the kind of subject F9 is, I would certainly recommend live classes, or at least video lectures of good quality. It is some what difficult to relate to, so need lots of practice. In my opinion.
