Is it better to sit F7 before F8, or has anyone done it the other way around and thinks this might be better?

Is it better to sit F7 before F8, or has anyone done it the other way around and thinks this might be better?

I'm looking to sit either F7 or F8 in Dec 19. I haven't done any learning for any of these exams yet, but I already have the F8 textbooks. Is it better to look for a classroom course for F7 (and have to wait for the textbooks to be sent out to me and for the classes to start) or should I go for an F8 classroom course and I can start to read the textbooks that I already have before then?

Hii
It's just not my Opinion
But overall suggestion by ACCA, experts and students to attempt F7 first then go f8
Even in Real world Financial Statements are prepare first then Auditing is done
if you have lack of knowledge in Reporting you won't be able to give your best in Auditing

Hi you can sit for exam for either paper, they relate to each other .I sat for both f7 and f8 I passed f8 failed f7.. They both focus on financial statements Since you already have a text book for f8, I suggest you go ahead and study f8 it has loads of explaining work but the syllabus is smaller compared to f7 Hope this helps. Good luck
